If you're not happy with your FrostSweeper, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
- To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal and legal guarantee for customers in the EU and UK.
