Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing can take slightly longer.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 7–10 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Customs and duties
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery. Where they apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays and lost parcels
Weather and carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible – we can only change the address before the order has shipped.
